Refund policy

Your orders are important to us! That is why we have strict quality check before sending out your items.

We have a strict NO EXCHANGE, NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND policy. Please kindly check all your details before ordering.

 

Damaged/Faulty or wrong items

We may, in our sole discretion, agree to accept a return or exchange where such a return or exchange request is for the following reasons:

  • Received wrong item
  • Spelling mistake made by us (spelling mistake made on your order will not be accepted)
  • Damaged/faulty item
  • Missing accessory

Should you have any of the above problems with your order, please start a return request by contacting us hello@presence.sg . You must include in your return request: (i) the reason for the return request; and (ii) photos / pictures of the issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, spelling mistake on your personalized order or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days starting from the day your parcel is delivered.

We will then evaluate each return request. You agree that we have the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether to approve or reject the return request.

In the event that your return request is approved, you must dispatch the item [within 5 days of the approval of the return request]. The item to be returned must be:

In its original condition with tags intact

In its original packaging (Product/parcel packaging used to protect product during transport)

Unworn, unwashed or unaltered (if applicable)

 

We reserve the right to reject any item returned if it does not meet the above requirements for returns. In such an event, you will need to pay for the shipping fee for us to return the item back to you.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, you can opt for either one of the following options:

1 for 1 exchange of the same item

Replace with another item of similar value (no refunds will be made if you choose an item of lesser value)
