Shipping policy

All our products are handcrafted and shipped from Singapore!

Processing time:

All orders require a processing time of 3 to 7 working days.

If you are placing a large order (for personalized items), please kindly contact us at hello@presence.sg or WhatsApp us at +65-83802679 to check on the processing time before placing the order. You can also place an order earlier in advance and drop us an email or WhatsApp to arrange for a later date for us to dispatch the items.

All orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. If you have placed an order with us on Friday, the earliest dispatch day will be on the following Monday. You will receive another email from us with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery

All standard couriers will be charged at a flat rate of SGD$5 per order. We offer free delivery for orders above $80. Standard courier will take about 2-3 business days from date of dispatch.

There will be an additional $10 charge for delivery to Jurong Island, Tuas, & Sentosa.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at woodlands 11 by appointment only.
